No bake pumpkin cheesecake

I have personally have made tons of pumpkin cheese cakes and this recipe is a perfect blend and makes for my favorite one. It is always a hit at family gatherings and when I make it at home it's gone in 2 day. It's super simple and that is my favorite aspect of this recipe because some have the total time of 3+ hours or if they are no bake they have to set all night. And I want my dessert after I make it. Let get going!

Ingredients

Yields 2 pies

- 15 oz pumpkin purée

- Two pie crust (store bought)

- 16 oz heavy whipping cream

- 16 oz cream cheese

- 1/3 cup brown sugar

-1/2 cup granulated sugar

- 1 Tsp vanilla

- 1 Tsp pumpkin pie spice

- 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)

- 1 tsp nutmeg (optional)


Instructions

1. Start by beating brown sugar, granulated sugar, and cream cheese until creamy.

2. Add in pumpkin, vanilla, and spices.

3. In separate bowl whip heavy whipping until it peaks stiff form.

4. Fold the whipping cream into the pumpkin bowl until blended fully.

5. Evenly dispute into pie crust and put in refrigerator or at least 1 hour to set.
